Well known for their AK-47 magazines, XTECH Tactical is moving into the pistol game! Years in the making, the new line of Glock magazines are available now. They include:

  • MAG17-17: 17-round flush fit magazine, MSRP $24.95
  • MAG19-15: 15-round flush fit magazine, MSRP $24.95
  • MAG19-17: 17-round extended magazine for Glock 19 w/o front scallop cut, MSRP $34.95
  • MAG19-17 G5: 17-round extended magazine for Glock 19 Gen 5 with front scallop cut, MSRP $34.95
  • MAG26-15: 15-round extended magazine for Glock 26, MSRP $37.95
  • MAG26-17: 17-round extended magazine for Glock 26, MSRP $39.95
  • MAG19-17 DC: 17-round magazine for Palmetto State Armory Dagger Compact, MSRP $32.95

XTECH makes bold claims with their new magazines and that they will be upgrades over Glock factory mags. We have several in-hand for testing and we’re excited to see how that plays out.

Some notable changes include proprietary baseplate material, 17-7 stainless steel spring, steel reinforced magazine body, Delrin with additive “no stick” follower, a lifetime warranty, and XTECH says their magazines are compatible with “EVERYTHING” that fits a Gen4 Glock factory magazine, such as aftermarket baseplates.

“ANY mag-well, ANY variant, ANY Glock inspired pistol, rifle or carbine”

“A few years back we determined that to hit our goals as the world’s leading magazine & magazine extension company, mags for Glocks were a must. A core pillar of our business is to raise the standards for quality, durability & innovation in our market, and the MAG line does just that. As XTech is known for, we gave our customers a voice. They wanted better springs, they wanted better baseplates, they wanted more capacity options, and they wanted a better baseline price. We are excited that we were able to hit each of those notes!”, stated Jeremy Deadman, company President.

While this is a first look at the new magazines, our test samples have seen the range already and so far they run flawlessly for the several boxes of ammo we’ve tested. After a few thousand more rounds, we’ll update this with a full review of the new magazines!
