United States war mongering senator Lindsey Graham said that Israel will do to Gaza what Washington “did in Tokyo and Berlin.” Graham said, “There’s no [other] way… to negotiate an end to this war with Hamas.

The U.S. ruling class is rejecting diplomacy outright, now saying that the destruction of Gaza and the terrorist group Hamas is the only solution, as the U.S.-mediated peace process between Israel and the Gaza-based militant group Hamas has stalled.

Israel has long stated that its goal is the elimination of the group. U.S. ruler Donald Trump has also stated that Israel should “get rid of” Hamas entirely.

“[Israel is] going to do in Gaza what we did in Tokyo and Berlin, take the place by force and start over again,” Graham said, referring to the alleged plans. Israel could also offer Hamas fighters safe passage out of the enclave in exchange for the hostages’ release, he added. The U.S. threatened to take over Gaza earlier this year as well.

Donald Trump: The U.S. Will Take Over The Gaza Strip

U.S. Middle East special envoy Steve Witkoff, earlier this week, stated that Washington has decided to bring its negotiating team home for consultations and accused Hamas of lacking the desire to reach a ceasefire with Israel. The US-backed deal would have involved a 60-day truce during which Hamas would release ten living hostages and the remains of 18 more in phases, in exchange for Palestinian prisoners held by Israel.

The talks have stalled over conflicting demands on how to end the war. Hamas has insisted on a complete Israeli withdrawal from Gaza. West Jerusalem has refused to end its campaign until the militant group relinquishes power and disarms. -RT

As the rhetoric increaases, so does the chances of a hot war. The U.S. constantly appears to be looking for the next military conflict ot engage in; is this it? What do you think? Leave a comment!
