Tennessee Republican Representative Tim Burchett has claimed that the United States ruling class knows of extraterrestrial beings and is in contact with them. Burchett added that these beings do not pose a threat to humanity; however, if the U.S.  releases “what I’ve seen, you’d be up at night worrying about it.”

Burchett has emerged as a leading voice on the disclosure of files regarding unidentified aerial phenomena (UAPs) and unidentified flying objects (UFOs), pushing for greater government transparency on the matter. He did clarify that there isn’t an immediate danger of the extraterrestrial beings.

“I don’t think we’re in danger of this. I mean, these things exist as I think they do, and they could have destroyed us with the blink of an eye, I just don’t see that,” he stressed, according to a report by RT.

In February, US President Donald Trump announced plans to order the Department of War and other agencies to release government files related to UAPs and UFOs due to “tremendous interest.”

Pentagon: We’ll Soon Learn If Aliens Are Real

Shortly after Trump’s announcement, the US Secretary of War Pete Hegseth confirmed that the American public would learn whether his department holds records proving the existence of aliens, but cautioned against expecting a swift release.

Will Aliens Trigger the Next Financial Crisis?

Burchett has further alleged that various agencies, including NASA, have been “lying” about what they know about alien beings and claims that many files on the subject remain undisclosed. “I’ve been briefed by just about every alphabet agency there is, and if they released what I’ve seen, you’d be up at night worrying about it,” he said.

Why would anyone worry about this if these beings are not a danger to humanity, as Burchett claims?

Over two years ago, in March 2024, the Pentagon said it had no proof that any unidentified aerial phenomena are in fact alien technology, adding that many cases involved weather balloons, spy planes, satellites, and other routine activity.
