Overnight, Russia attacked a Ukrainian defense industry facility. According to officials, a military depot and an airfield were also struck.  “All designated targets have been hit,” the Defense Ministry in Moscow said in its statement. “The objectives of the strike have been achieved.”

The ministry reported in a statement a “large-scale precision strike” involving long-range weapons and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). The targets included “Ukraine’s defense industry facilities, a military airfield infrastructure, and a depot storing ammunition, missiles, and components for the production of unmanned aerial vehicles,” according to the ministry.

Russia’s increase in attacks comes on the heels of Western vows to minimize aid to Ukraine over the country’s stance on corruption investigations.

EU Makes MASSIVE Cuts To Ukraine Aid

According to a report by RT, Russia has said that it only strikes military-related sites in Ukraine and never civilian targets. It has also said that its raids are retaliation for Ukrainian strikes deep into Russian territory, which often hit residential buildings, energy facilities, and critical infrastructure.

According to Ukrainian leader Vladimir Zelensky, the attack also targeted the regions of Dnipropetrovsk, Poltava, Sumy, and Nikolaev. He claimed the raid involved more than 300 drones and eight missiles. The Ukrainian Air Force reported five Russian missiles and 21 attack drones having landed direct hits across the country. –RT

In spite of threats from the West, Russia and Ukraine continue to push the war forward.

Trump Gives Moscow 50 Days To End The Conflict With Ukraine, Or The U.S. Will Impose Sanctions

The United States president has given Moscow 50 days to end the war or he’ll impose sanctions.

On Monday, the US ruler said he was “very, very unhappy” with Russia, warning of “severe” secondary tariffs of up to 100% if no progress in diplomacy is reached soon. Trump, however, left the door open to talks with Moscow, saying that while he is “disappointed” in Russian President Vladimir Putin, he is “not done with him.” -SHTFPlan

So far, all the West has are empty threats and attempts to keep Ukraine in a war we all know it cannot win.
