Vice President JD Vance said that mass immigration to the United States is ruining the American Dream. Instead of blaming the horrific inflation and cost of living increases that are currently impoverishing millions of Americans, Vance is blaming those who want to immigrate and live under such an economically oppressive system.

Vance has consistently complained that mass immigration is the cause of rising prices, and it is making housing unaffordable. “A lot of young people are saying housing is way too expensive. Why is that? Because we flooded the country with 30 million illegal immigrants,” he told Fox News last month. It isn’t because the Federal Reserve flooded the market with U.S. dollars, though.

Fighting Inflation Really Means Fighting the Federal Reserve

Vance went on to say that anyone who claims immigration isn’t destroying the U.S. is “getting rich off of the old system.” Vance has been known for his dislike of migration to the U.S., specifically by non-European nationals. He has also been harsh in his rhetoric when people get murdered under the current administration’s system of “justice.”

Vance made the remarks while responding to a video by a construction company owner who said it was “amazing” that immigrants were not showing up for work. “I’ve gotten more calls in the last week than I’ve gotten in the last three months,” the man said. Vance’s comments also came as the federal government’s increase in ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) raids and deportations of illegal immigrants.

“Mass migration is theft of the American Dream,” Vance, whose wife was born to a family of immigrants from India, wrote on X on Saturday, according to a report by RT. “It has always been this way, and every position paper, think tank piece, and econometric study suggesting otherwise is paid for by the people getting rich off of the old system,” he added.

These are still human beings that we are talking about. The rhetoric is increasingly dehumanizing toward immigrants and migrants, and whether or not you agree with the current ruling class’s policies on immigration, the current dogma about it is slipping quickly toward totalitarian propaganda.
